No. RoofCare™ focuses on preventative maintenance and monitoring. If your roof requires repairs or replacement, those services are quoted separately. The goal of RoofCare™ is to reduce surprises and extend the life of your roof whenever possible.

Preventative maintenance is performed during scheduled RoofCare™ inspections and varies by plan level.

Yes. Every RoofCare™ inspection includes photo documentation and a roof condition summary, so you can clearly see the current state of your roof and track changes over time.

If we identify an issue during an inspection, we’ll explain what we see, outline recommended next steps, and provide repair options if needed. As a RoofCare™ member, you also receive priority scheduling and member discounts on additional services.

RoofCare™ documentation can be helpful for insurance conversations by providing dated photos and condition reports. However, RoofCare™ does not guarantee claim approval and does not replace an insurance adjuster’s evaluation.

Coverage begins once payment is completed and your initial inspection is scheduled. We typically recommend doing inspections in the early spring or late fall before, but can schedule based on your needs if you would prefer something different.
